Closing Reception: Retrospective Exhibit

We’'ll be kicking Myths Mania off with the closing reception of our retrospective exhibition, Art for All(ways):30 Years of Myths and Mirrors. Light refreshments will be provided at no cost.
The exhibition, curated by former Artistic Director Cora-Rae Silk and artist/academic/activist Ra’anaa Yaminah Ekundayo, has be open to the public since July 16th.
Stop by the gallery before September 12th to check it out.
Community Arts Yard Sale

Saturday September 12th,

Yard sale! We’ve got decades of artistic clutter in our 139 Durham studio that needs re-homing. Come find that one thing you’ve been looking for, get inspired by our odds and ends, and make a donation if you’re feeling generous. This yard sale is a fundraiser to help with costs associated with our two-day MYTHS MANIA celebration.
Community Meal

Saturday September 12th,
5:00PM - 8:00PM
The Refettorio
131 Durham St, Sudbury, ON P3E 3M9
Join us for a beautifully crafted meal catered by Simply Sonia.
We will be selling tickets, though the event is open to all. There will be PWYC/NOTAFLOF options available if cost is a barrier.
Early Bird tickets are now available! Use access code AISUX below. There are only 30 available so act fast! Regular tickets and PWYC options will be available on August 20th.
All-Ages Show & Zine Fair

Saturday, September 12th,
9:00PM - 12:00AM
The Refettorio
131 Durham St, Sudbury, ON P3E 3M9
Enjoy various performances put on by local and out-of-town artists. During the show, Anaphore Artist Collective will be collaborating with us to run a Zine Fair.
Alcohol will be available for purchase during the show.

Myths Mania promises to be a weird and wonderful celebration of 30 years of community arts in Sudbury. We would love for you to be a part of it!

The exhibition is open to the public. General admission is by donation. Gallery members and children under 12 are free.

Tickets are only required for the Community Meal and All Ages Show happening on September 12, 2026.
We want Myths Mania to be accessible for everyone and thus will be offering a pay-what-you-can option in addition to set priced tickets.
Early bird tickets are now available! They are limited time only so use code AISUX above to get yours before time runs out. All other ticket options will become available on August 20th.
Yes! We are currently working on various merchandise designs and options that will be available for pre-order, as well as sold during the event. Currently we are hoping to have t-shirts, tote bags, stickers and keychains.
