Support Myths and Mirrors and help raise money for community arts in Sudbury with a special fundraiser event this Saturday, February 24th at The Townehouse. Featuring performances from local favourites Les Gauchistes, Eric Clancy, White Hot, and more, the evening will also include a silent auction of items generously donated by local businesses, artists, and makers.
Myths and Mirrors’ programming is offered at no cost to participants so that we can eliminate barriers and no one is left out. That means donations from community-minded folks are absolutely vital.
Can’t be there? You can still make a donation here.
Saturday, February 24th | Doors open at 8PM
The Townehouse (206 Elgin St.)
Minimum donation of $10 at the door

Alt-Right got you down? Worried about hate groups putting up posters across our town? Well it’s time that we do something about it the best way we know how to… with paint, paper and some glue.
On October 25th, Myths and Mirrors hosted a poster-making session for everyone that wants to help stand up against these groups and send a different message. Not one of hate… but one of art.
About a dozen people attended the poster-making session and now we’re excited to share their work so keep an eye out downtown as we spread some Art Against Hate.
Myths and Mirrors is thrilled to announce that we’re painting our first ever community mural in Minnow Lake. Residents are invited to join us outside Sue’s Bancroft Confectionary (2361 Bancroft Dr.) for four painting dates throughout September. ALL AGES AND SKILL LEVELS WELCOME.
This project is made possible thanks to the generous support of: Second Ave. Home Hardware, Crimestoppers, Sgt. Rick MacDonald Committee, Wolves United (Sudbury Wolves), Councillor Lynne Reynolds and Sherri Moroso (City of Greater Sudbury).
