Dance-a-thon

It’s that time of year again… Myths and Mirrors is thrilled to launch our 5th annual Dance-a-thon fundraiser! The 12-hour dance party helps kick off our exciting summer season, while raising money to support art and community through Myths and Mirrors programming.

WHEN: Saturday, May 27th, 3PM-3AM
WHERE: Fromagerie Elgin (80 Elgin St.)
$20 At the door / FREE for register dancers
Kids Under 10 FREE or by DONATION

This year’s theme is ‘MUSIC ICONS’ so come dressed as your favourite performer – from Bowie to Beyoncé – and join us for dancing, DJs, prizes, and more! This year we’re starting a little earlier to give families an opportunity to strut their stuff, with family-friendly activities planned from 3-8PM to help keep the young (and young at heart) entertained!

Kazzzam: First Workshop

Do you have a great imagination? A passion for performance? Maybe you just like making cool stuff? Join us Saturday, April 8th for Kazzzam‘s first workshop and launch of the 2017 season, featuring games, puppet-making, and pizza!

Myths and Mirrors and SB Tuesdays invite you to celebrate Halloween weekend with a special fundraiser film screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, in support of Myths and Mirrors Community Arts.

20th Anniversary Celebration

For the past 20 years Myths and Mirrors has been creating art and building community and we could not have done it without you.
